The hall is easily accessible, and includes 4 rooms for hire, a kitchen, entrance hall with toilets (including disabled), storage rooms, all as shown in the hall plan. There is electric power and heating throughout.

There is some on-site parking, and several free adjacent public carparks.

The hall has a premises licence which authorises the following regulated entertainment and licensable activities

In addition, the hall has a licence with the Performing Rights Society for the performance of copyright music, and a Phonographic Performance Licence for the playing of sound recordings.
